The founder’s inspiration was from her mother, Lucy was a compassionate caregiver and mentored her from the age of five. She considered taking care of others as her calling not a profession. In this light, Elizabeth has dedicated her life to the same cause.
Educated in Great Britain and worked for six years before coming to the US. The business was started on June 1, 2012, and is licensed by the State of Minnesota. She has worked in the field for over 20 years in the following areas:

- Private residences
- Hospice/respite
- Acute care
